We need you because…
- You have a degree in instructional design, educational technology, e-learning education or an appropriate area of specialization, and have relevant work experience
- You use your creativity to script write engaging training courses that incorporate multimedia and interactive elements
- You can establish and maintain good relationships with clients and you can coach and support them in matters of instructional design
- You are a structured person and enjoy working on several projects at once
- You are fluent in French (spoken and written) and if you have an advanced level of English (spoken and written), this is an asset
- You would like to deepen your knowledge with regards to the development and scriptwriting of interactive training that combine games, video and 2D or 3D animation, within our team
Daily work
- You will conduct needs assessments and learning systems analysis of new projects, collaborating with subject-matter experts
- You will define the organizational objectives and learning outcomes
- You will analyze and structure the learning materials according to the learning approach, while ensuring the conformity of the deliverables with the agreed standards and orientations
- You will apply your abilities by designing creative and original training solutions, integrating multimedia and interactive elements
- You will have the opportunity to work remotely or at our new office in Longueuil
